Why Elite

Built for players who want more.

Players in the Elite high-performance gym

01

Environment first

40-metre turf lanes, bowling machines, a high-performance gym and video on every lane. Players train where standards are visible.
02

A connected pathway

Junior squads lead to the Pathway program, to the VECL league and to cricket overseas through our Chennai academy.
03

One standard

Every session is planned, coached and recorded in the Elite app, so parents see progress and coaches never start from zero.

From the founder

“I built Elite so a kid in the west or south-east of Melbourne gets the same coaching, facilities and pathway as anyone in the country.”

Elite opened in Hoppers Crossing in April 2021. Five years on it is two Melbourne centres, an academy in Chennai, the VECL league and Elite Sports, all built around one idea: a connected pathway with the same standard at every step.
