1. Who we are

Elite Cricket Academy (“Elite”, “we”) is operated by Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Pty Ltd at 87 Elm Park Drive, Hoppers Crossing VIC 3029 and 14/99 Bald Hill Road, Pakenham VIC 3810. These terms took effect on 28 July 2026.

2. Bookings and the Elite app

• Bookings, enrolments, memberships and packs are made through the Elite app at book.elitecricketacademy.com.au, or on this website, which records them in the same system.
• A booking is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email.
• A parent or guardian must make bookings and give consents for anyone under 18.

3. Programs

• Term and season programs are commitment-based and priced on that basis: enrolling commits the player for the program period, and coaching places, facilities and resources are reserved for them.
• Program fees are due in full at enrolment unless we agree otherwise in writing. Unpaid balances may lead to sessions being suspended until they are settled.
• Age groups and squads are set by our coaches to suit each player's development.

4. Scheduling

We schedule sessions around coach and facility availability, tournaments and representative commitments, public holidays and the running of each centre. Occasionally we need to change a session's time or coach; we'll tell you as early as we can, and offer a credit or refund if the change doesn't work for you.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds

Rescheduling, cancellation, membership and pack rules are set out in our Cancellations & refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: reschedule free up to 4 hours before; 1:1 credits return with 24 hours' notice; lane and machine bookings are fully refunded with 12 hours' notice; memberships can be cancelled or paused at any time with no fee.

6. Payments and prices

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. The price at checkout is the final amount.
• Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). We never see or store full card numbers.
• Monthly memberships are charged automatically each month until cancelled.

7. Safety, equipment and facility use

• A helmet and appropriate safety gear are mandatory when facing a bowling machine or live bowling. Nobody may use a bowling machine without them.
• Lane and machine hire includes the lane, stumps and machine balls. Court hire includes the court and stumps. Bring your own bat and personal protective equipment.
• Follow staff instructions and the rules displayed at each centre. We may refuse or end a booking for unsafe or abusive behaviour, without refund.
• Participants under 18 must be dropped off and collected on time by a responsible adult.

8. Health and injury

Tell us about any medical condition, injury or allergy when you enrol, and keep it up to date in the app. Cricket is a contact-risk sport; you take part understanding its risks. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence, and nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Photos and video

Coaches film and photograph sessions for coaching and performance analysis only where you have consented, and that footage stays in the player's Pathfinder area of the app. Photos are used to promote the academy only with separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time in the app or by emailing us.

10. Personal belongings

You are responsible for your belongings. Items handed in are kept in Lost and Found at reception for one month, then disposed of.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information as set out in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date. Bookings already confirmed stay under the terms that applied when you made them.
