Five Years of Elite — The Next Innings Begins

July 2026 marks a defining moment for Elite Cricket Group.

Five years ago, Elite Cricket Academy began with a clear purpose: to create a professional, welcoming and development-focused environment where cricketers could train with confidence and ambition. What started as one academy has now grown into a connected cricket ecosystem serving players and families across Australia and India.

Today, we are proud to celebrate five years of Elite, the opening of our third academy centre at Pakenham, the launch of our new online booking and customer platform, and the introduction of AI-supported customer service across voice, text and WhatsApp.

Three centres. One vision.

Our journey began at Hoppers Crossing, where ECA established its commitment to quality indoor training, long-run-up lanes, specialist coaching and structured player development. In June 2023, that vision expanded internationally with Elite Cricket Academy Medavakkam in Chennai. In May 2026, we opened Elite Cricket Academy Pakenham, bringing our coaching, facilities and cricket community to Melbourne’s south-east.

Each centre has its own community, coaches and opportunities, but all three share one vision: to help every player train with purpose and progress through a clearly supported pathway.

More than an academy

Over the past five years, ECA has grown beyond coaching sessions and facility hire. The wider Elite Cricket Group now brings together academy coaching, high-performance programs, the Victorian Elite Cricket League, Pathfinder player-development tracking, Elite Sports retail and our operations in India.

Together, these initiatives allow us to support more of a player’s journey—from their first assessment and early coaching sessions to competition, pathway preparation, performance analysis and equipment advice.

A better customer experience

We have also invested significantly in making it easier for families and players to connect with us.

Our new web-based booking and customer platform at book.elitecricketacademy.com.au is designed to provide one convenient place to explore services, make bookings and manage participation across the ECA network.

Alongside this platform, our AI-supported call centre is helping us respond diligently and efficiently across voice, SMS and WhatsApp. The technology supports our team; it does not replace the relationships at the heart of our academy. When an enquiry needs personal attention, our staff remain ready to assist.

Built by our people and community

None of this progress would have been possible without the flexibility, commitment and belief of our coaches, administrators and wider team. Over the past three months in particular, they have embraced a new centre, new systems and new ways of serving customers while continuing to deliver for players every day.

We are equally grateful to the players, parents, families, clubs, schools, partners and patrons who have trusted and supported Elite Cricket Academy. Every booking, referral, conversation, training session and piece of feedback has helped shape the organisation we are today.

The next innings begins

Completing five years is not a finish line. It is the foundation for our next chapter.

As we look towards the next five years, our focus will remain clear: outstanding coaching, stronger development pathways, consistent experiences across every centre, smarter use of technology and genuine service to the cricket community.

July 2026 will be remembered as the month when Elite Cricket Group brought its expanding network, technology and customer service vision together—and began its next innings.

Five years of building. Three centres. One connected cricket ecosystem. And we are only getting started.
