Understanding Terms & Conditions
Our Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are designed to outline the legal framework governing the interactions between our website visitors, customers, and Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Pty Ltd. These terms are crucial in defining the rights and responsibilities of all parties involved, ensuring a fair and secure online environment. Tailored to our unique services and offerings, the T&C provide clarity on various aspects such as usage permissions, payment methods, future service modifications, warranties, intellectual property rights, account management, and more. It is imperative to review and comprehend these terms before engaging with our platform.
Key Elements of T&C

1. Program Commitment
All annual and term-based coaching programs offered by Elite Cricket Academy are structured as commitment-based programs and are priced accordingly. Enrolment into a program confirms the participant's commitment for the full duration of the selected program period. Discounted pricing, package inclusions, and session rates are calculated based on the full program commitment and upfront reservation of coaching capacity, facilities, and resources.

2. Payment Terms
All program fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise approved in writing by Elite Cricket Academy. Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension of sessions, programs, or academy services until outstanding balances are resolved.

3. Session Scheduling & Availability
Elite Cricket Academy will make reasonable efforts to schedule coaching sessions at mutually suitable times. Session times are subject to coach availability, facility availability, academy scheduling requirements, tournaments and representative commitments, public holidays, and operational requirements.

4. Changing or cancelling a booking
Life happens. Before you cancel, check if rescheduling works — it's free.
You can reschedule any booking free of charge up to 4 hours before your session starts. That applies to every booking type: coaching, lanes, courts, bowling machines and mat wickets.
You can reschedule a booking up to twice, and your new session needs to be within 60 days of the original.

5. Cancelling a one-to-one coaching session
If rescheduling won't work and you need to cancel:
24 hours or more notice — your session credit goes back to your package.
4 to 24 hours — the credit isn't returned, but you can still reschedule free of charge.
Under 4 hours, or you don't turn up — the credit is used.
Even inside 24 hours, rescheduling is free right down to the 4-hour mark. It's almost always the better option.

6. Cancelling a lane, court, bowling machine or mat wicket booking
12 hours or more notice — full refund, or the credit returns to your package.
4 to 12 hours — 50% refund.
Under 4 hours — no refund.
Free rescheduling is available down to 4 hours in every case, so if you can move the booking rather than cancel it, you keep the full value.

7. Memberships
Cancel any time. There's no lock-in and no cancellation fee.
When you cancel, your next scheduled payment is the last one you'll make, and your membership runs to the end of that paid period. We don't refund part months — you keep training for the time you've paid for instead.
Need a break rather than an exit? You can pause your membership for up to 2 months in any 12, in blocks of a month at a time. Your spot is held and your membership picks up where it left off.
