Elite Cricket Academy proudly introduces the Elite Girls High Performance Academy — one of Victoria’s only selection-focused cricket programs designed specifically for ambitious female cricketers pursuing Representative, Premier and Cricket Victoria-aligned pathways.

This is not a participation program or holiday clinic.

This is a professionally structured high-performance academy built for girls who are serious about taking their cricket to the next level.

Led by highly respected Premier Cricket coaches:

• George Shaw – Talent Identification & Head of Academy, Essendon Maribyrnong Park Ladies Cricket Club

• Dale McDonald – Head Coach, Footscray Cricket Club

 

The academy focuses on preparing players for:

Players train in an elite environment with access to:

• Specialist batting, pace, spin & wicketkeeping coaching

• Strength & conditioning support

Every session is designed around performance, accountability and pathway preparation.
