One of the most exciting highlights of this milestone will be the launch of:

“Pathfinder” – Pathway to Premier Cricket

This initiative is designed to:

  • Provide a clear and structured pathway for aspiring cricketers

  • Guide players on their next steps in cricket

  • Align efforts between players, parents, and coaches

“Pathfinder” is a direction-setting framework that helps players move with clarity and purpose towards Premier Cricket and beyond.


🏏 A New Chapter – Pakenham Facility Launch

As part of this milestone year, we are excited to announce the opening of our new Elite Cricket Academy indoor training facility in Pakenham.

📍 Location:14/99 Bald Hill Road, Pakenham VIC 3810

🎉 Grand Opening Ceremony:📅 Wednesday, 7th May 2026

This expansion brings high-performance training closer to families in Melbourne’s South East.


🐾 Home of Eastern Panthers

The Pakenham centre will serve as the official hub for the Eastern Panthers Team, including:

  • Team trainings

  • Selection sessions

  • Meetings and workshops

Making it more convenient for our South East families.


🏟️ World-Class Training Environment

The new facility offers:

  • Access to our elite coaching team

  • Structured one-to-one programs

  • Indoor training lanes for all-weather practice

  • Bowling machine hire
