The Pathway to Premier Cricket Continues
Following the successful launch and delivery of the Elite Cricket Pathway Program from the 29th of April, Elite Cricket Academy and Victorian Premier Coach Dale McDonald are now inviting Expressions of Interest from the next intake of aspiring premier cricketers.
This is not a standard coaching program. The Elite Cricket Pathway Program is a selective, invitation-only, high-performance cricket development environment designed for players who are serious about pursuing representative, premier, and Cricket Victoria-aligned pathways.
With a strong focus on professionalism, accountability, preparation, and long-term player development, the program has already begun shaping the next generation of elite cricketers across Melbourne.
Selection Day – Next Intake

Selected participants will receive invitations to join the next six-week Elite Pathway Program intake.
