It's led by Dale McDonald, Head Coach at Footscray Premier Cricket — a coach working inside the exact Victorian pathway your child is trying to crack, who knows what selectors are actually looking for. Players train inside Elite Cricket Academy: five years of high-performance coaching, onsite gym for real strength and conditioning, established specialist coaches, and a direct line into our VECL pathway.
This isn't general coaching. It's your run-in to the trials that matter.
