1. Program Commitment

All annual and term-based coaching programs offered by Elite Cricket Academy are structured as commitment-based programs and are priced accordingly. Enrolment into a program confirms the participant’s commitment for the full duration of the selected program period.

Discounted pricing, package inclusions, and session rates are calculated based on the full program commitment and upfront reservation of coaching capacity, facilities, and resources.

2. Payment Terms

All program fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless otherwise approved in writing by Elite Cricket Academy.

Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension of sessions, programs, or academy services until outstanding balances are resolved.

3. Session Scheduling & Availability

Elite Cricket Academy will make reasonable efforts to schedule coaching sessions at mutually suitable times. However, session times are subject to:

• coach availability,

• facility availability,

• academy scheduling requirements,

• tournaments and representative commitments,

• public holidays,

• and operational requirements.

Where sessions are paused, postponed, or rescheduled due to participant availability, school commitments, family schedules, illness, injury, travel, or similar personal circumstances, such pauses shall not constitute cancellation of the program by the academy.

4. Paused Programs & Credits

Where coaching sessions are paused by mutual agreement, Elite Cricket Academy may, at its discretion, provide a reasonable extension period or academy credit for unused sessions.

Unused sessions do not automatically entitle participants to cash refunds.

Any approved credits may be applied toward:

• future coaching programs,

• private coaching sessions,

• indoor lane hire,

• bowling machine hire,

• holiday programs,

• academy events,

• cricket equipment or merchandise purchases,

• or other academy services approved by Elite Cricket Academy.

Credits are non-transferable unless approved by management in writing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Requests to withdraw, cancel, or discontinue participation due to:

• change of mind,

• relocation,

• financial circumstances,

• scheduling conflicts,

• loss of interest,

• sporting preference changes,

• or other personal reasons,

do not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

Elite Cricket Academy reserves the right to assess each request individually and may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• rescheduling,

• extension periods,

• program transfer,

• academy credit,

• or other goodwill arrangements.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

No refunds will be provided for:

• unused sessions,

• missed sessions,

• participant unavailability,

• scheduling incompatibility where reasonable alternatives were offered,

• voluntary withdrawal from programs,

• or changes in personal or financial circumstances.

Where a refund is approved by management as an exceptional goodwill arrangement, Elite Cricket Academy reserves the right to:

• calculate coaching fees based on standard casual session rates rather than discounted package pricing,

• deduct administrative costs,

• deduct already delivered coaching services,

• and deduct any outstanding balances owed to the academy.

7. Missed Sessions

Missed sessions due to participant absence are forfeited unless prior arrangements are approved by management.

Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and remain subject to availability.

For junior group coaching programs, any approved make-up class must be completed within the same calendar month as the missed session. Unused make-up classes will not roll over, accumulate, or be carried forward into future months unless otherwise approved in writing by Elite Cricket Academy management.

8. Coach Changes & Operational Adjustments

Elite Cricket Academy reserves the right to:

• change coaches,

• adjust training groups,

• modify session times,

• change training venues,

• or alter program structures

where reasonably necessary for operational, developmental, or staffing requirements.

Such adjustments do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any Elite Cricket Academy program, participants and parents/guardians acknowledge that they have:

• read,

• understood,

• and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all coaching programs, services, memberships, training packages, and academy activities unless otherwise agreed in writing by Elite Cricket Academy.
