  Before you book

• Q: What should I bring?

• Bring your full batting kit — bat, pads, gloves, and helmet. A helmet is strongly recommended when using the bowling machine. Wear cricket shoes or flat-soled sports shoes inside the facility.

• Q: Do I need experience to use the machine?

• The Bola machine is suitable for all skill levels. If you're new to machine practice, start at a lower speed and build up.

• Q: Can I have a coach with me?

• Bowling machine sessions are self-directed. If you'd like a coached session, consider our Structured One-to-One Program where coaches can incorporate machine work into your plan.

• Q: What is the cancellation policy?
