Elite Cricket Pathway Program – Intake 2 Now Open

The Pathway to Premier Cricket

​

Following the successful delivery of the first Elite Cricket Pathway Program intake launched on the 29th of April, Elite Cricket Academy and Victorian Premier Coach Dale McDonald are now inviting Expressions of Interest for the next intake of aspiring premier cricketers.

​

This program has already established itself as one of the most structured and professionally supported high-performance cricket environments for developing players in Victoria.

​

Led by Victorian Premier Coach Dale McDonald together with an elite support network of coaches, Strength & Conditioning specialist, Sports Psychologist, Dietician and Nutritionist, the program is designed for cricketers who are serious about pursuing representative, premier and Cricket Victoria-aligned pathways.

Selected participants will receive invitations to join the second intake of the Elite Cricket Pathway Program.

A Selective High-Performance Environment

The Elite Cricket Pathway Program is not designed for mass participation.

Entry is based on the identification and selection of cricketers who demonstrate:

• Professional attitude

• High-level intent and work ethic

• Readiness to train in an elite environment

The program is specifically designed for players aged 11 to 18+ who are committed to long-term cricket development and pathway progression.
