Program Overview

Join Victorian Premier Coach Dale McDonald and his Elite Team of Coaches, PT, Sports Psychologist, Dietician and Nutritionist.

The Elite Cricket Pathway Program is a selective, invitation-only, high-performance development system designed exclusively for cricketers aged 11 to 18+ who are committed to pursuing elite representative, premier, and Cricket Victoria-aligned pathways.

This program is not designed for mass participation. Entry is based on selection of cricketers who demonstrate the performance level, commitment, and intent required to train in an elite environment.

The program supports cricketers at different stages of their cricket journey through:

• Clearly defined, CV-aligned pathway streams

• Professional training standards

• Structured high-performance blocks

• Individualised development plans

The pathway is divided into

• Junior Elite

• Elite

• Senior Elite

• Senior High Performance streams

to ensure age-appropriate training, physical preparation, and performance expectations while maintaining elite standards across all levels.
